There are 20 professional inspection employees in our quality assurance department and half of them have been working in pipe fittings industry for more than 20 years. At the same time, our inspection center is equipped with full range of testing machines, which enables us to conduct various examinations on the raw materials and finished pipe fittings. These examinations include Positive Material Identification (PMI), Radigraphic Test (RT), Ultrasonic Test (UT), Penetrant Test (PT) and Magnetic Particle Test (MT).
Our company has already been authorized by Bureau Veritas to be able to issue EN10204 TYPE3.1 certificate, passed the certification of Europe Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and received Manufacture License of Special Equipment People’s Republic of China. Moreover, customers can nominate any third part inspection organizations, such as ABS, TUV, DNV, GL and SGS, etc, to do the examination and issue EN10204 TYPE3.2 certificate.
