The main production processes we apply in our company include compression forming, cold press forming and hot press forming. The matched molds are all designed and produced by ourselves. These could be used for production of elbow pipe fittings with caliber ranging from 6 to 100 inches as well as tee pipe fittings with caliber ranging from 6 to 56 inches. In addition, we are also able to manufacture pipe fittings with caliber as large as 160 inches through combination of compression forming and butt welding.
