First established in 1989, Jiangyin Yangzi Fitting Co., Ltd. has grown into a trusted, professional supplier of a full range of high, medium and low pressure pipe fittings. With 153 expert employees, our company makes use of a variety of different materials, then carries out the corresponding production process to provide customers with pipe fittings in non-standard specifications but are still in full compliance with American and German standards. As one of the earliest manufacturers of steel plate made pipe fittings in China, we have been in the pipe fitting industry for 35 years and accumulated extensive production experience. With a great product quality and excellent service, we are a well-known and popular Chinese based pipe fitting enterprise.

From the very beginning of our establishment, our company has concentrated on the production of large pipe fittings made of steel plates. We passed ISO9001 quality system certification in 1999. Then later in 2002, we became one of the first companies to receive a manufacturing license for pressure pipe fittings in China and began providing pipe fittings for large national engineering projects, including projects carried out by Sinopec, PetroChina, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and China Minmetals Corporation. In 2015, we passed certification of Europe PED, France BV and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. In 2016, we received OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Certificate.

Through decades of hard work and expertise, we have become a trusted pipe fittings supplier, offering pipe fittings in various specifications on both the domestic and international markets. Our products have been successfully sold to customers in American, Germany, Italy, UAE, Iran, Brazil, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Kenya and the Congo.

In 2010, we completed a newly established factory, and it spans more than 21,500m², and is staffed by more than 100 experts in pipe production. We utilize a complete set of production equipment, which includes a four-column hydraulic press, cold forming press, hot forming press, automatic welding machine, chamfering machine and plasma cutting machine, to ensure that we can easily meet customer requirements. Our annual yield reaches 5,000 tons.

For production of pipe fittings with different wall thicknesses and caliber, we will select the proper method from compression forming by mold, cold press forming and hot press forming. Having been in the pipe fittings industry for 35 years, our company has the experience and comprehensive capacity necessary for carrying out these production processes. In addition, our professional design team has successfully designed and manufactured a variety of large sized molds to meet different customer needs.

We employ 20 professional inspection employees in our quality assurance department. In addition, our inspection center is well equipped with a complete range of advanced testing equipment such as a tensile testing machine, low temperature impact testing machine, metallographic microscope, magnetic particle testing machine and optical emission spectrometer. Because of this, we are able to ensure both the raw material and finished product quality.
